Orange Tree Escape | 4BR | Private Pool

Welcome to our luxurious, privately owned villa set in the sought-after Orange Tree Community on Highway 27. This 2,037 sq ft home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests in comfort.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, orange-grove-set community with a 5-acre park, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a soccer field, and two tot lots for the kids. You're just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and centrally located to all the other major theme parks, giving you the best of both worlds: quiet retreat and easy access to the magic.

Within 5 minutes you'll find supermarkets (Publix and Walmart), a bank, drug store, gas station, post office, and walk-in clinic, plus a great range of restaurants along Highway 27 and US-192. Lake Louisa State Park, just 5 minutes north, offers sailing, fishing, walking trails, boat hire, cycling, and horse riding, and a cinema is 10 minutes away. Golfers are spoiled for choice with Champions Gate, the Disney golf courses, Orange Lake Country Club, and Legends all nearby.

The Pool
Our fully screened private pool is an above-average 30ft x 15ft, with a wraparound deck, upgraded loungers, chairs, and table. The south-facing pool and patio soak up the Florida sun, while the covered lanai offers shade when you need it. A security screen surrounds the pool area, and pool toys and inflatables are stored in the games room.
